Account Coordinator - PHOENIX

IWS, a national marketing agency, is seeking an Account Coordinator in our Phoenix, Arizona office.

The Account Coordinator will support the client service team including assisting with managing client accounts, trafficking of work, development of content, delivery of content across multiple platforms and monitoring social media channels.  This position requires attention to detail and quality, ability to manage the completion of projects and the ability to work with clients and our internal team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
  • Prior agency or in-house experience
  • Ability to work quickly, independently and take initiative to advance client goals
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and deadlines, delegate tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills required (written, verbal & interpersonal)
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated and give attention to details
  • Proficient in the latest computer and social media skills 

Additional Information

IWS has been in business 19 years and has offices in Washington, D.C., San Diego and Phoenix.  This position is on our Phoenix office. The work environment is creative and fast paced.
